Informed Consent

Health Assessment

health assessmentOnce you have signed the Informed Consent document you’ll be able to participate in a complimentary physical assessment. Feel free to ask any questions along the way.

Participate

Once you’re approved as a study volunteer, and if you’re happy with the study conditions, your participation in the clinical research trial will begin.
